RROD/Other errors?

How many other people here have had problems with their 360's?

Mine has had RROD 1 time, and when I got it back it doesn't read some games now! So I'm waiting on my box so I can ship it back AGAIN!

well my first xbox, that dates abouta year back (when it costed 500$)
had its lens reader melt, so that i could play games... but i could still acess Xbl and arcade games... it was really weird, but 3 weeks after i sen it in, they returned it and i got 1 moth XBL and a brand new xbox straight outa the companys building plant. (forget actual word)

i just resently received the RROD and and my box is on its way back to me as we speak.

I should be getting my box either today or tomorrow, I just checked the shipping thing and its only a couple of towns away as of this morning.

I can't wait to get mine back. Then I will have 1 Up stairs in my room, and 1 in the living room. Whoot Whoot.

ARGH! I still haven't gotten my box!
I have had like the worst experience with this damn thing..

First RROD, not a big deal everyone gets it. Well I get the damn thing fixed and it comes back with scratches on the damn case thick enough to tear into the plastic! Still, whatever you know I will deal with it. But then it doesn't read some of my games! My friend unwrapped a game and put it in my xbox (without my HDD on) and it froze 10 minutes later! It doesn't do this with all games but wtf Microsoft! Then I call them to get this damn thing taken care of and what do you know they can't file another repair order for a box because its only been 5 days since I even got mine back! So I call them back on the day they requested and after 3 missed calls and 1 person not doing anything about the problems someone finally filed the repair order (or so I thought). 2 Weeks went by and still no box so I called em up (last week) and they apologized and canceled the last repair order and set up for a new one. Its been like 7/8 business days and I still have yet to get my box, I called them almost a month ago and still no box!

Its been almost a month I have been trying to send this SOB back and I still can't!

My warranty ends in FEB, I swear its going to go out before I get to send this thing back.

print off your sticker like i did. then put it in your own box drop it off at ups store and bam. its done.

No printer, but I got it today so no worries.

I'm shipping it back on monday so I get one last weekend to play it until I have to send it back.

when i got my xbox back the disk drive only opens when you manually force it open...
someday ill get it repaird, i still have another 2 years of warrenty since they gave me extra when i got my xbox back

Ive had mine for almost a year now and there hasent been 1 problem yet. I gave my little bro my old 360 that i got on launch and there hasent been any problems either lol.

the only problem i have ever had with my 360 was so uncommon the guy at the microsoft tech support literally said 'wtf how did that happen'

my HDD melted

i lost all my game saves, some of my achievements =( it sucked so much. the people at microsoft refused believe it was my HDD so they made me send my 360 in to look at it, it came back and they said 'do you have any problems still' and i said 'uh... yeah... my fucking HDD is MELTED' so they gave me a new one =)

lol, the same kinda happend to me... exept it was my lens that melted (disk rreader) and they gave me a new xbox aswell,.

ive gotten the RROD 2 times....and it happend at the about the same time as it did the year before....i got cod4 went to put it into the tray played the game for about an hour then it froze im like.... so i restart and it happend again in about 5-10 mins kept doing it on about the 4th time it gave me the red ring....then it happend again a couple days before gears 2 came out lol i was so mad hahah so ill will probably going to be sending in my xbox again next november microsoft blows but i still like em lol
